Coaching FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about coaching, approach anxiety, and what you can expect if we work together.

What if I've already watched tons of dating/cold approach content?

Doing and knowing are two different things. Having an idea of what the process looks like is somewhat advantageous, but knowing what to do and actually doing it are different things.

I help people who are knowledgeable but can't actually get themselves to do it.

Do we actually approach women during coaching?

Yes.

The point of coaching isn't to spend weeks talking about approaching without actually doing it. We work toward getting you into real situations and actually taking action.

Why do you emphasize approaching during the day?

Daytime approaching gives you the opportunity to practice without relying on alcohol, loud music, clubs, or nightlife.

It's also much closer to how you're going to encounter women in normal everyday life.

Is coaching remote or in person?

Both.

The 1-on-1 6 Week Transformation is conducted remotely. The Wall Smasher options are designed for in-person work.

If you want something different, the Custom Wall Smasher option gives us room to discuss what makes sense for you.

What happens when I choose/register for the program?

Once you register, we will get everything scheduled. For online, We typically get started on the first available day you are able to talk with me and go from there. For in person, we will coordinate schedules and locations.

Can approach anxiety actually go away?

I think it can become dramatically smaller through repeated exposure and experience.

The goal isn't necessarily to never feel nervous again. The goal is to get to where the nervousness doesn't control what you do.

Will I ever get to the point where approaching feels normal?

Yes, approaching can become much more normal with enough experience.

Something that initially feels like a huge event can eventually become something you are simply capable of doing.

How long does it take to become comfortable approaching?

This is going to vary a lot from person to person. The number of approaches matters, but so does how consistently you do them and how much you're actually pushing yourself.

For me, I noticed a major shift after about 30 approaches. Someone else might need 10. Someone else might need 50. I wouldn't obsess over the number.

The important thing is that you're consistently getting out there and putting yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable. Over time and with reps, it won't seem like such a big deal.

What if I have very little dating experience?

That's okay. You don't need a long dating history to start.

We work from wherever you're starting rather than assuming you already have experience.

What if I've never approached a woman before?

That's okay too.

Everyone has to start somewhere. If you've never approached before, we'll work from the beginning rather than assuming you already know what you're doing.

How long is each coaching call?

The exact length can vary depending on what we're working on and the coaching option you've chosen.

The 6-week program consists of 12 calls, while the in-person Wall Smasher options are structured around several hours of direct work.

How often are the coaching calls?

We'll coordinate the schedule around your availability.

The goal is to create enough consistency that you continue moving forward rather than letting weeks go by without practicing.

What do we actually talk about on the calls?

We talk about what's actually happening when you try to approach.

That can include hesitation, overthinking, fear of rejection, worrying about what other people think, approaches that didn't go well, and what you're doing between calls.

The conversations are meant to support real-world action, not replace it.

Will you hold me accountable?

Yes.

If we're working together, I expect you to actually practice. We'll talk about what you said you were going to do, what you actually did, what happened, and what needs to change.

Can I tell you about approaches that went badly?

Absolutely.

Bad approaches are part of the process. We can look at what happened without turning one awkward interaction into evidence that you shouldn't approach.

The point isn't to make every interaction go perfectly. It's to become someone who can handle the outcome and keep going.

How much time should I expect to spend practicing each week?

That depends on your schedule and your starting point.

I would rather see someone consistently putting in meaningful reps than making an unrealistic plan they can't maintain.

What happens when the program is over?

The goal isn't for you to need coaching forever.

Ideally, you've built enough experience that you can continue practicing and pushing yourself without needing someone else to make you do it.

How do I know which coaching option is right for me?

It depends on where you're starting, how much support you want, and how you want to work.

The 1-on-1 6 Week Transformation is designed for ongoing remote support. The 1-Day and 3-Day Wall Smasher options are more intensive, in-person experiences.

If you're not sure, that's exactly what the application is for. Tell me about your situation and we can figure out what makes sense.

If I pay $1,500 for the in-person 1-day, and then decide I really want to do the 3-day, does that original $1,500 payment count toward the 3-day total or do I have to pay separately?

Yes. If you start with the 1-Day Wall Smasher and then decide you want to continue into the 3-Day Wall Smasher, the original $1,500 payment can count toward the $3,500 total.

You would simply pay the remaining $2,000.
